Britt Banks is the founder of Hair by Banks & Co. and co-owner of Baz and Banks. A master stylist celebrated for her expertise in blondes and extensions, she is known for creating seamless, natural-looking transformations and has become one of Toronto’s most trusted stylists.

Fuelled by a lifelong dream to open her own salon before 30, Britt took the leap and what began as a solo venture has grown into a thriving, creative space where stylists and clients feel at home at the Queen West salon. Her vision was always more than just a salon. She wanted to build a welcoming, inspiring environment grounded in collaboration and community.

Britt has trained with some of the industry’s top names, including celebrity stylists Tracy Cunningham and Chris Appleton, as well as @ameliajanehair @ninezeroone and @iambohoblonde, leaders in modern blonde techniques. She’s worked as lead stylist on feature films, styled private celebrity clients, and been featured in Flare magazine. At Hair by Banks & Co. Britt has fostered a team that’s as close-knit as it is talented. That genuine bond shows in every service, making each visit more than just a hair appointment, it’s an experience. She is also the co-founder of Hair by Banks & Co. sister salon - Baz and Banks. An amazing salon in Liberty Village, also specializing in blondes, extensions, bridal & special event looks.
